This fall, the award winning, family-owned regenerative farm, The Chef’s Garden, is offering a variety of Vegetable Boxes curated for the fall and holiday season. Featuring an array of specialty seasonal ingredients, the boxes are hand-picked, hand-packed and shipped within 24-hours capturing peak freshness from the farm. From October - December, a variety of nine fall and holiday boxes are available including two specialty boxes featuring rare cucumbers in collaboration with Hendrick’s Gin, and a box curated for family meals at home featuring Chef Gavin Kaysen’s cookbook At Home. Specialty boxes are available in limited quantities and with the option to pre-order. Seasonal boxes are available to order individually or via a subscription. All boxes are customizable with the option to add additional ingredients, pantry items, and gifts like The Chef’s Garden cookbook.

This rare box features six varieties of exotic cucumbers (Cucamelon, African Horned, Hmong Red, Gagon, Muromsky, and Aonaga Jibai). Seeds were sourced from around the globe and grown for this limited-availability box.
Chef & Farmer Recipe Box: Chef Gavin Kaysen (available for pre-order starting October 15)
Ingredients and a pantry list to make three recipes (Crispy Chicken with Roasted Vegetables, Baked Sea Bass, Squash Soup) plus a signed copy of two-time James Beard award winning Chef Gavin Kaysen’s first cookbook “At Home,” which features soulful flavors, family recipes, and dishes from his career. Farm vegetables included in the box (Acorn Squash, Tri-Color Sage, Cilantro, Thai Basil, Lemongrass, Butternut Squash).
